Breakfast - was this OK?

Busy day ahead - day 3 on SW. Still trying to get my head around it all so is what ive eaten ok?

2 bacon medallions and 2 eggs made into an omelette. 1 activia fat free vanilla yoghurt and 2 alpen light double choc bars (heb?). A cup of tea with some skimmed milk out of my hea allowance.

What plan are you doing?

If you are doing EE then you haven't got your 1/3 superfree in there. If you're doing Red - tis fine.
If you're doing Green - did you syn/HEB your bacon?

EE. So I need have superfree for each meal? Damn it could have put mushrooms and tomatoes with it :( can I make up for it now by eating some fruit or does it have to be on the same plate?

Yes to superfree with EVERY meal. There's a lot of debate about whether to have it on the plate/after the meal but the official line is that it has to be on your plate to limit the amound of Free food you eat.

Tinned tomatoes/mushrooms would have been a good way to get your SF in :)
