Yes and those words 'anything I wanted' are very significant.

When that joyful truth had really sunk in with me I felt elated! I need to keep within veggie limits but even so the possibilities are endless. This diet is so liberating.

What about:

  • Smoked salmon and steamed asparagus
  • Strips of leftover meat or chicken with grilled mushrooms sprinkled with garlic salt
  • Tuna with a small portion of salad onions grated cheese melted on top

I love this meal idea - I managed to cut my carbs to bare minimus so anything like that is very much appreciated. Thank you xxx

My all time favourite are:

*cottage cheese stuffed mushroom
*chicken breast fried with peppers and mushroom with bit of garlic

Atkins totally turned my hear around about what food is suitable when. :)

im a bit boring with brekki if it snot boiled eggs its two fried with a bit of mushrooms and cheese.!

so im not help at all but will visit to see other ppls ideas!!
