You could make yourself a smoothy..

Or toast, scraping!!! Of butter or low fat spread and top it with poached egg and or some tomatoes and mushrooms :)

boiled egg? slice of bacon with a poached egg? fruit? yoghurt? scrambled egg whites? or whole egg depending wether you eat the yolk or not :) smoked salmon? tomatoes with mushrooms and an egg. I don't know if you can tell but i like eggs lol

Ham & cheese spread toastie.
Poached egg on toast. Personally I like marmite on the toast.
Mackerel/sardines on toast.
Fresh fruit & yogurt.
Quorn sausage & baked beans.
Kippers/smoked haddock with some mushrooms, toms, etc.

I like crumpets with a teaspoon of peanut butter on each. It melts into the little holes. MMMMMMMMMMMMM! 260 calories altogether if you get the Tesco crumpets.

Some brilliant ideas. I like the idea of crumpets and peanut butter.
My fave brekkie is dippy egg and toast with a lovely cuppa!! :)

sometimes i like a mullerlight with a banana, or maybe some other fruit. most of the mullerlights are no more than 100 calories and you can add fruit or whatever on top to suit your allowance x

I also love porridge too, picked up some Oat so simple Chocolate brownie for 137 calories (without any milk) and they are delish xx

How about cereal bars...Alpen lights are only about 70 cals each, so you could have two of those.

Where did you get those from? they sound delish - I've never seen them before!

Are you talking about the oatmeal? I've seen it in the larger Tescos. It's so nice. If not then just have the normal 30g readybrek/oatmeal/porridge with 5g of cocoa and it's chocolate porridge. for bit less than 130cals .You can really do any variety. i do pumkin pie/apple pie, little bit of pumpkin/apple puree, cinnamon sprinkl, nutmeg sprinkl, all less than 150 cals. it's my favourite food, in fact i often eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack....

I really need to sort out my will power. Not sure if I could handle just one teaspoon of peanut butter.. x
It is surprising how far it goes! Because the crumpets are hot the peanut butter sort of becomes more liquidy and spills into all the holes. Like some kind of molten heaven! Mmm... molten heaven... :drool:
