Not so much a food diary, but I didn't know where else to put my breakfast woes.

I work hard, I work long hours, I need breakfast. Slimming world is a struggle at breakfast time. I can't cook bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes in time and I can't eat them at 6.30am anyway. hex b cereal portions are tiny and I'm hungry by 11am which leads to snacking. Double the portion helps but then all my hexb's are gone! Most allowed cereal bars are little more than floor sweepings and the ones that can actually get you through until lunch (belvita and nature valley) are mega syns. Hmmmmmm. Quick, easy, tasty uncooked breakfast ideas needed to keep me going until lunch!
 
I'm sure I can do better but the first that springs to mind is Greek fat free yog with chopped banana. It's so thick and creamy that its quite filling. Also if u add a little honey or agave syrup its really naughty tasting.
