Today I'm having a banana, some mango and strawberries with fat free natural yogurt. That's all free right?
Do I need to add more? Like grains or an egg on the side?
You can if you like but you don't have to. You can eat what you like as long as there if your 1/3 of superfree but your plate nearly consumes superfree so you're fine! As long as you're full then that's a perfect brekki x
yep totally fine i am a ham n eggs girl for brekkie have it with mushrooms and/or tomatoes eggs i find fill me til lunch better but if that keeps you satisfied carry on x i love grated granny smiths and total fat free yog with a little sweetener in it it is awesome
