The leaflet I got with my shakes from the pharmacy has a section about ketosis and bad breath on it, according to the leaflet it is fine to use mouthwashes to help with the bad breath, oraldene and listerine are the two mentioned on it.. hope that helps!
On the topic of bad breath: My pharmacy doesn't have Ice Drops but I went into asda today and they had a breath spray by Wisdom called Fresh Effect. It's sugarfree. Will this bring me out of ketosis?
