Well, day 2 here I come.
Thankyou all for your words of welcome.
Found day 1 surprisingly easy.
Had a chicken and mushroom soup - yum
porridge - fab
mint choc shake....er, where was the mint? to be fair the heartburn I got later had a minty air to it :sigh:
Drank lots of water and slept well, and woke feeling great and determined, ready for a tough day...so bring it on
Oh - and resisting urge to see what the scales say - lol
