bring on my 21st!

so ive been on here about 2 weeks now, and i thought id take the plunge and start a diary, i've been doing it on my blogs as somewhere to reflect but now im feeling comfortable enough to have feedback and looking for advice on my slip ups and what i can do better!

basically ill try not to bore you, but all you bigger ladies will probably want to encourage me on my diet, as all my friends are when they know the reason, i was seeing my last boyfriend for a year until he told me i was too 'fat' for him. arsehole we know! but ive decided to take it upon myself and get trim for my 21st in september for my return to uni, and basically make him feel like a pig.

i'm 5ft 7 and a size 16 in most highstreet stores. and im trying to get down to a size 10-12 by september, so its a long way!

anyway week 1 - 10 pounds lost
week 2 - (totm) 3 pounds lost

as i start week 3 im still totm so i hope it gets better!

i've had my slips up and down recently with cheeky snack here and there, but no carbs before marbs!
