bruises

    Has anyone found they bruise very easily on this diet or is it just me? my legs are covered in huge bruises and i have no idea where they are coming from!!! not very pretty lol xxx

    Yeah I found that too.
    Mind you, I put them down to bumping into things when I get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet because of all the water I'm drinking!!

    Yeh, but in general I bruise like a banana anyway. I have bruises on my knees but I haven't hit them at all. I even have a bruise on my collar bone, my mum thought it was a hicky LOL!

    Hi girls,

    I have lots of bruises on my legs but put it down to work as always knocking my legs of things!! Im sure I have read on this forum it is lack of vitamin k.
