Do you attend a group? If you do, the last 2 weeks passwords should still work, or text your C and she'll tell you! Otherwise there are always pepl here incl. me happy to help with syn values etc!X

No they are not speed or superspeed (although I can't understand why not!) but they are high in fibre (F symbol).
