Thanks in advance.

How about falafels with a low fat yoghurt and mint dip. I also use halloumi quite a bit. It's nice grilled with a squeeze of lemon on it.

Ohh I lurrrve buffets, mmm.

How about making a huge bowl of microwave crisps??

Or you could make a tray of potato wedges and put some cajun seasoning on them, then make a syn free dip by mixing a little garlic puree into some LF natural yogurt with some mixed herbs too.

Could do some interesting pasta salads with oven roasted cherry tomatoes...

I'll keep thinking.... x

Homemade houmous with vegetable crudites, salads, quorn fillet tandoori skewers (marinate fillets in tandoori paste (a little goes a long way) and put on skewers and then grill for a bit on both sides. serve with homemade tzatzki (0% greek yoghurt, mint, cucumber)

Quorn make lovely chicken nuggets that taste delish with sweet chilli sauce as well

Hi
Lovely ideas keep them coming, I also like Halloumi ,as far as pasta is concerned most of us will eat those and the dips also.
Will do 'normal' food for the meat eaters. LOL
Not going shopping until first thing tomorrow so I can plan ahead.
Thanks Irene

Sounds really really nice.
Ruthy xxxx
