I'd recommend using an air walker / glider (whatever they're called lol) for exercise.
I used one last time lost weight and it did wonders for my arms, as well as the rest of my body.

Press ups! Try doing them with your feet up on the sofa (no, not whilst sitting on it!) so that your body is level at arms length. Does that make sense? Well if I've described it properly try doing that - it REALLY kills! Or get some weights and pump away. This link gives some ideas for an upper body workout.
thanks a million i will do them tomorrow i do get ya. and the air walker is so hard lol 3 mins im in bits but when ever i decide to go gym again, im gone lazy, ill work on that
