Bumblebums Countdown to 40!!

Hello everyone!

Well, its the big 40 this year and I am desperate not to be fat, unfit and 40!
So the new regime started this week. Following SW as feel it suits me best....as soon as I start having to weigh and work out calories I descend into a deep depression!!!:D

Thought a diary may help keep me focussed. Done ok so far this week but just want to make sure the syns don't start creeping up!

Starting weight (monday) was 17'11. Birthday is November so gives me plenty of time to get down to a more manageable weight :)

Soo....todays menu:

B: Apple, Banana and coffee
L: Chicken, lemon and basil couscous. Apple.
D: Lasagne (homemade by my mum so estimating approx 10 syns)
Snacks: Snack a jacks (5 syns)

15 syns in total.

Well....yesterday went as planned so quite pleased. However, its the weekend coming up which is always a danger time!!:eek:

Todays menu:

B: Scrambled egg, beans and an apple
L: Pasta n sauce, chicken. Banana.
D: Ratatouille and jacket potato
Snacks : Fruit

Had the cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce...have they changed the recipe, tasted not as nice as normal :(
