Hey guys can any1 reccomend a gud laxative i can take? Never taken them b4 n bit worried x

Dulcolax pico perles are fantastic. Very gentle but do the job for me

Yep I agree, Dulcolax pico perles work for me and dont give you awful tummy cramps like some other laxatives.
You can get them in tesco and online.

so annoying , as its the only place I have been able to get them , they are quite cheap on amazon though , about £5 for 2 bottles of 20

I used to use the Pico perles too, but then I started using the Exante water Flavourings and they seem to keep me regular so don't need laxatives anymore.
