Butter

Just wondered if anyone knew the syns in butter, I'm having baked potato and beans for lunch but a baked tattie just isnt the same without a knob of butter or two

I'm at work and finishing off the tub I have in the fridge which is lurpak.

I just looked online, A level tsp is 2 syns, or a level tbsp is 5.5 syns. Enjoy!

I use butter on toast as my syns quite a lot - a teaspoon doesn't even cover the small slice!!!

Have you seen the 1 cal that's meant to 'taste like butter'? I've got it to put on my jackets it was nice on the SW chips!! Might be an alternative?? Xxx
