Buttermilk!

Help me use up some buttermilk please?! I've got a tub that is in date until today and I need to think of something to make with it that's vaguely SW friendly.

Ideas?

Because I am a sad individual, I googled "How to make Quark" once. Apparently it is made with buttermilk...!

Well I've made a low fat panna cotta. It's chilling in the fridge at the moment. If it turns out nicely, I will post the recipe here

You can use buttermilk when making scones or muffins, so perhaps in one of the SW recipes for these.
