butternut squash chips

i looooove BNS!!! i chop min in to cubes, dont bother peeling it, spray with oil, sprinkle with garlic salt and a little bit of tandoori curry power and bung in the oven for about 40-45 mins....yummy
 
i make mine into chips all the time, spray with fry light, then sprinkle with garlic powder and cayenne pepper, chuck in oven and voila!!:)

ooh they were lovely! a lot sweeter than I imagined tho,but the pepper n garlic counter balanced it! All crispy on the outside n soft in the middle...soo nice!
 
My boyfriend and I were not big fans of these unfortunately! I think it's more that I'm not a huge lover of BNS itself rather than the chips but I was gutted as that would have been a great way to sneak my 1/3 superfree into tea! X
