Butternut squash ideas!

I'm counting on you clever lot to have an idea to make something tasty for dinner this evening using a butternut squash...

I like the squash in soup but am at a bit of a loss as to what I could use it as as a main meal type thing?

Any ideas would be much appreciated!x
