Butternut squash

    I tried to search the forum for butternut squash but got a message this couldnt be carried out because the token had expired. Havent a clue what that means. So sorry if there is similar messages in the forum. Here goes
    I have bought a butternut squash and would like suggestions what I can do with it (clean suggestions only please lol). Do I peel it or leave the skin on and what can I make with it. Thanks in advance

    U could cut in chips and roast after spraying with fry lite and sprinkling with herbs or paprika which is nice, u can do this with skin off or on. Or boil it and make into a sweet mash which is lovely with a bit of extra light mayo and black pepper when mashing

    Unsure as yet... Healthy eating/cal counting maybe for now
    BNS and Red Pepper soup is delish..
    I also make mash with it so save PP's.. Or like the above post say make chips or wedges from it..
    Its also a great way to bulk up the 'potato' on top of a shepherds (cottage) pie to keep points down...

    I do soups, chips, also nice in a veggie curry! And like said mix with mash for a low PP alternative :) x
