Where do I get them from and are they for diets what do I ask for???

I got mine from the local Chemist. Went in asked for Kitosticks and they gave them to me no questions asked. Cost me £4.75 I think for a pack of 50

I just go to the pharmacy at Tesco, asda and Boots etc..

Just ask for 'Ketostix'

Bought mine in Boots, about a fiver I think, no-one asked any questions at all.

i am just really worried as I am really hungry today my tummy rumbering and a real hollow feeling so i think I have come out of ketosis as i have some mix a mousse and some sunburt 2 teaspoons last night!

Your CDC can order them in single packs with the rest of their order.

Some people have had problems getting them at boots etc with people giving their own opinion on VCLD's without the correct knowledge and refusing to sell them - although that said, most people have had no problems at all

Diabetics do use them yes.....

Ketostix are fun!

still think it was the coke zero and not the drinks or the mousse that did it ohicantwait - I get a rumbly tummy sometimes - but I'm not hungry. My tummy just likes making noises.
