Bye bye bumpy bits!!!

I started SW two weeks ago, I don't have a huge amount to lose but am slowly creeping up again and want to get in control before I reach 10st again.

DH is also doing SW with me - he doesn't worry about what he eats - he just lets me sort it all out!

In the first week I lost 2.5lb :) then went to visit family for a long weekend! so weigh in this week, I put on 1.5lb:(

DH joined at the meeting and had gained .5lb in his first week! a first for slimming world perhaps!!!!!

So our goal this week is

Me = 1lb
Him = 2lb

(well he has got more to lose than me!)

Will let u know how we get on.

Weigh in is Wednesday! If DH has lost anything this week, I will be very annoyed as he pigged out at the bbq at the weekend!!!!!

We had a good weigh in! I beat DH and lost 3.5lb, he managed 2.5lb despite all he ate at the bbq and it wasn't all SW!!!!!!!
