:wave_cry::wave_cry: Well, it's my last day at work tomorrow due to redundancy. As I used to come on here in all my breaks and lunch-times, (as well as periods when the work dried up......) I don't think I'll be on here anywhere as frequent as I was. I just want to wish everyone the very best success, from the bottom of my heart. I know the struggles and challenges every person has had to overcome, with bucket-loads of sheer grit and determination and I feel I have made some real friends on here. I will try and pop on every now and again, but as you may know, I am about to become a Grandma and my daughter has requested me at the birth as well!! So I'll be in Colchester in the next week or two...when Tyler decides to make an appearance!! Best of luck to you all, this forum was a life-saver for me. xxxxxxx

What a lovely thing to be at the birth of your grandchild and no doubt this will be keeping you super busy as well! Have a wonderful time and good luck with your maintenance.

Thanks, Scotsmist. Yes, I'm sure I'll be busy cooing and gooing over my grandson, as well as looking for employment. I'll sure miss everyone on here, so no doubt I'll pop on and keep my Friday WI's up to date as I don't want to ever slip back to my old fat self!!!

Thanks for all the support over the last 12 weeks. I am so sorry about your redundancy but in a positive light it means you can turn you amazing ability to inspire, towards your precious daughter and grandchild.

As a student Midwife I know what an amazing privilege it is to be at the birth of a new baby. I cant wait (well....maybe a little while) to see if my daughters will allow me the same privilege. In the mean time I look forward to the 7th Sept when I get to spend 2 weeks with birthing mums.

Enjoy your new grandchild, as a mum yourself you know how precious the early days are and how quickly they are gone.
