Went to get crisps and chocolate on my lunch break and my purse isn't in my bag was going to buy bits for dinner tonight as well I hope it's in the car as I paid for parking on weds evening in town after dinner. So frustrating tho! Will have to go home and come back. Grrrr

Purse was in the car thank goodness! So went back and for roll cheese and potato for dinner and made this was so tasty!!

Ben has bought me a chomp too so will have that later and need to figure out syns of the potato I had as did a red day am guessing around 11

Checked and around 8 syns so chomp for 6 would take me to 14, Special K moments and a hot choc would take me to 15 plus to my k so around 17/18 which I am ok with

Had too many biscuits last night I think I had 40 syns yesterday bum. Working 6:30-3;30 today and no idea if Ben's brother and sil are coming today I have to say I hope not as I'm exhausted and socialising not high on my list of priorities for later so we'll see. Have no dinner plan as no idea what they are doing but will keep it vaguely neutral so can do anything.

Had a dreadful day yesterday, I had

B white roll, fried egg, butter, 2 mini potato rosti tommy k lemon yum yum
L southern fried chicken wrap, baked crisps, mini toffee pud
S chewy d Special K moment
D quorn pasta bake with oil and cheese
S mini stollen bites, dark chocolate crisps, 3 glasses of prosecco and 2 of red wine

Heating is broken at work and I was frozen. Still annoyed with myself but need to draw a line and try harder as will be broken all week. And I need to fast tomoro to at least aim to maintain this week!

Been good so far, had baked oats for breakfast. Lunch was cottage cheese tuna celery and carrot sticks plums melon and an apple got a herb tea.

Not sure what is for dinner depends on Ben a bit. Have watched the tennis now might read a bit tho not sure, chores done so don't have to do anything!

Fell of wagon! Had chicken chips for dinner as at Ben's parents so not much choice! So had a rubbish day again. Fast tomoro need one!

The first post I read was you lost your purse so glad it was in the car, what a relief (and pain in the a***!)

Hope you don't beat yourself up over the last couple of days & I'm sure you've eaten less than you would normally today, I imagine your calorie count is quite low. Good luck with the fast tomorrow And what are the baked oats, sound intriguing!

No and I didn't have any wine which is always a challenge for me! These are baked oats. Basically baked porridge. Is 35gms porridge oats, and egg, 50 ml milk and 2 tbsp sweetener. Then do what you fancy! I added vanilla essence and raspberries so had to syn them, seen people add peanut butter, Nutella, apple and cinnamon whatever you fancy

Was so relieved that my purse turned up!

Need to go to bed really pah!!

The heating is still broken and I am fasting some how is easier knowing I won't eat than picking what is sensible.

Bought a water bottle on Saturday reduced to £1.20 from £6 which is 750ml so aiming for 2 a day

Doing all 6:30 starts this week which I love as half way through the day by 10:30 and I get a 1:30 finish tomoro

Home for lunch done a bit of cleaning and popped the heating on so the house isn't freezing later. Think I might pop to dunelm after work and take back a mattress protector and tomoro take back some bedding to primark.. Going to get a king size bed so mattress protector too small and just not that fussed on bedding now I've looked at it in the room! Only 2.5 hours to go until home time yay!!

Oh I love an early but I'm 9-5 now, nice in the morning but from 3pm boy does it draaaaag!!! Hope your fast goes well

Fast day went really well had Thai fish cakes with leeks mushrooms and cauliflower rice for dinner, sat with oh while he ate McDonald's as we were looking at sofas. Had a quick look in dreams too but didn't see the bed I really liked. Need to go to bed now as another pre 6:00am alarm and a busy day as going to go to town when I finish at 1:30 tomoro.

Still undecided on the sofa front! The fabric is the bit I am struggling with!

We went for a plain & boring sofa as hubby isn't very adventurous but I've accessorised it with lime green & orange...sounds horrific?! It's really not, I promise!!

On the bed front the mattress is soooo important, I think ours cost as much as the bed frame!!

Sofa is still undecided, am leaning towards plain as think nothing will match even tho I did everything separately. Bed I know I want grey, mattress I don't mind too much Ben will be able to pick that as I am not that fussy and he is!

Had a dreadful week, gained 2 and been off plan since too so been off plan for a week too.

Am feeling rubbish which doesn't help had a headache for 3 days is threatening to be a migraine my nose hurts which is usually a bad sign. So am tucked up, dosed up, got the killing season 1 on and going to plan and write a shopping list, I know I need to plan and shop to stay on plan. Got new mag to look at as well for some new ideas. Will be an Aldi shop and possibly a quick trip to morrisons as twinings earl grey is on offer there so are quorn nuggets!

Think I have planned meals until next Saturday which is valentines day. I expect we will have steak. Won't be sw friendly but if I can be on plan til then will feel I have achieved something. If I can persuade Ben to have Chinese I will tho as can be better I think as no chips then!!

Undecided bout tomoro tho as trying to decide whether to fast or not, feel I should as haven't since last Monday but also wonder if I should try to get on plan first and then fast on Tuesday.

Had veg chilli for dinner with cottage cheese was very yummy and feel better for eating. Am just deciding what to have next. Got plums which I don't like very much! Only had 5 syns so think I will find some picky bits and a hot choc

Meal plan is written apart from tomoro. Am considering a chicken thing but depends on if I fast and if we are going to have dinner with Ben's parents might try and find that out tho he probably be vague!!

I think the feeling terrible, being off plan is catching! I've been awol since Thursday. Two days of biscuits & chocolate & today has been burger & oven chips

Well done on getting your next week planned, that's what I need to do!!

Tucked up safely now. Have consulted Ben on the on going sofa saga he not sure about the dfs one I like! Might go and look tomoro, dinner with his folks would be beef which I'm not keen on so think we will decline offer and either have buffalo chicken or brown down chicken maybe buffalo chicken as can control chilli in that can't in brown down chicken so much.

Had a good chill with the killing on episode 8 I think! Expect more tomoro as can potter in kitchen and watch on iPad
