Bye Bye Old ways :)

  1. So I have been on my diet/exercise "plan" for a week and a day now. :) So far I am pretty happy with how it's been going :) I have burned about an inch and a half off my waist already, and dropped 6 pounds. My family and my boyfriend have been insanely supportive. It was so sweet one night my boyfriend even worked out with me :) and then bought me The 30 Day Shred because he knew how bad I wanted it. He told me when I started I didn't need to do it, and at first I thought he was going to be my biggest road block but so far he has kept me motivated :).

    I decided to start this Diary for my own sanity, and so when I need to rant I can, so far I don't have any reason too... but it's here for me to look back on :)
