Just a quickie to say Bye Bye....Im going back to Cambridge as I feel I need the weekly support of a cdc to keep me on track. I should be at goal by now but still have 4 stone to go as Ive kept messing around!!!!!

Best of luck getting to goal. My best friend is doing CD rather than SnS as she feels she does much better with the support of a CDC, you have to do whatever is best for you personally.
