Hi all

I've checked my book for syn values of cadburys drinking chocolate

I found cocoa powder 1 syn per heaped tea spoon not convinced it covers Cadbury drinking choc powder

Drinking chocolate (non brand specific)
Dried 18 gram serving 3.5 syns

Then found in the measurements section.... 1 level tea spoon is 5 grams...

I had 3 heaped tea spoons this morning so more than 15 gram as not level but poss the digested 18 gram serving???

I'm going with 3.5 syns lol sorry for the length of this but does anybody know for sure the syn values??

I like this as I get my hex a in which can be a struggle

Thanks

Ahh thanks guys :)

I tried the 20 cals per syn but pack only gives cals per 100g!!! Lol or cals for serving including semi skimmed milk

That's brill il be using those 3.5 syns regular then

I know options is only 2 but I need to get that milk down me for my hex a

Cadburys highlights are only 2 syns and you could use skimmed milk instead of semi-skimmed milk. I think it is 99p a jar at home bargains.

I have one every now and again and use 3 parts water to one part skimmed milk in mine and it tastes ace.

If you have the syns and A choice then use the drinking chocolate - I much prefer it to highlights/options, so much more indulgent! Although I do like the dark chocolate highlights, drinking chocolate is such an old favourite, reminds me of being a kid!
