Could some good soul work out the syns of this sandwich please, majority of it being FREE FOOD tuna and cucumber, I'm on extra easy

Shop bought sandwiches are always just 1 syn per 20 calories as they don't get a free food allowance. So if its 258 calories then that would work out as being 13 syns
