    Afternoon all fancied some fish for my tea and found these haddock fillets in Aldi

    Cajun Haddock Fillets
    Per 100g:
    energy = 122kcal
    Protien = 22.1
    carb = 4.9
    Fat = 1.5

    Whole pack = 250g

    Thai Haddock Fillets
    Per 100g:
    energy = 128kcal
    Protien = 24.7
    carb = 5.7
    Fat = 0.7

    Whole pack = 250g

    working on the 20 to 1 theory they didnt seem to high approx 6.5syns per half pack

    Could someone who has access to the website calculator please put them through for me as fish should be free so making them even lower.

    Thaaaaaaaanks

    Thanks they were a bit spicy for me but if you like spicy and they are free they are well worth the money. I did them with new pots & lots of veg.

    If you like hot and spicy they are brill and syn free, DH loved them and for £1.58 make a lovely meal. The pack has two fillets in so if you are small eaters would make one meal for two, or even a lunchtime snack. It does say on packet not suitable for microwaving though
