Cake help needed!

Afternoon all, we're having a mini tea-party for one of the ladies at work in a few weeks. I'm going to make some of the SW lemon drizzle cakes (http://group.slimmingworld.com/recipes/lemon-drizzle-fairy-cakes.aspx); however, a girl on my team is completely sugar free.

Does anyone have any idea how I can make the drizzle bit? I'm going to try a quark and lemon topping on some of them. I haven't been able to find sweetener in the style of icing sugar. Whilst the general opinion seems to be that you can't use sweetener to make a sugar syrup, I have seen recipes that suggest blending the granulated sweetener with some corn flower.

Just wondering if any one has had any success or other other suggestions!?
