Hi I'm just wondering if any of you do this?!

I've read that's it's good to mix you cal Intake up - I'm wondering if you do this for an entire week or just have a day a week with increased calorie allowance?!

I can't tell you it works personally until this friday but i have a low cal intake for 4 days a week and then have a higher calorie intake at the weekend last week i lost 6lbs which was great but the real teller will be this friday x
 
Was that your first week?! Or do you do that regularly ?! X
 
I eat less thu the week but more at the weekend -- after exercise cals and I have lost 17lbs in 5 weeks x

Hi just wondering how many calories you have on your low intake days and how many on your high intake days?
