Calcium...how much?

    Hey All!
    I've recently heard some really exciting things about calcium and weightloss i.e it helps weightloss!
    Does anyone know how much calcium we have daily on the CD?
    The report i read said that a study of women on low cal/ low fat diets was conducted and those ladies taking a calcium supplement lost 25% more weight than those who did the same diet and didn't take it.

    Is it ok to take calcium tablets whilst on CD?

    Researchers at Purdue University in Indiana found that young, normal weight women who had 1,000mg of calcium every day – the amount of calcium found in about 1½ pints of semi-skimmed milk – lost about 6lb over two years.

    If your on four servings it is 1216.0mg.
