Hi,
Am going to a friend for dinner later and he's making carrot cake, think he's using the following recipe.
Would someone who has access to the recipe builder be kind enough to work out the points for me? Would really appreciate it!

3 cups shredded carrots
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup oil
2 eggs
½ cup ground almonds
3 ozs pecan nuts
2 tsp baking powder
