Callenetics..?

I just wanted to ask which Callanetics dvd did you buy??

Im looking for one and there are quite a few :sigh:

There are a couple you're right. The one you want is the one with blue background and a woman's butt in a peach colour leotard on the front and 'callanetics' is written down the side of her.

I've been finding that I'm enjoying doing the callanetics: now that I have learned the exercises I can stick a film or music on, and just get on and do the exercises whilst watching a film at the same time it's like 'me time' only I'm killing 2 birds with one stone by including the exercises too!

I have orderd that dvd and cannot wait to get it and start

I asked all my friends about callanetics and they had NO idea what it was about lol :rant2: but to be fair, most of me mates are 80's babies so we were never aware of it :giggle:

I thought that now would be a good time to start it, ive been exercising with some dvds but get completely knackered after 30mins :sigh:

I am on week 6 of lipotrim and i dont wanna do anything too high impact but need to tone up me flabby bits
