Hello newbie here looking for some help :)

I start exante on Monday after buying some shakes and soup from a friend who found out she is pregnant.

Im a bit clueless as to what I can and cant do, im so used to doing SW where you go to class and the consultant tells you how to do the diet and weighs you.

Am I right in thinking I can only do 100% for 4 weeks, then I have to have a food week? If I have timed this correctly then this will be Christmas week.

I like to drink fruit teas but am I not able to drink these? What about peppermint or fennel tea?

I need to buy scales as I dont have any so any recommendations on weighing? And I understand I need to drink 2-4 litres of water a day, is that including any tea/coffee or are these in addition to the 2-4 litres. Can I drink pepsi or iron bru for example?

No to pepsi, or iron bru (even the diet ones). If you want to have a diet drink go for coke zero or dr pepper zero (they don't contain citric acid).

No to fruit teas, yes to green teas. Suggest no milk in tea or coffee (although some use a little)

You could always weigh yourself at the gym or Boots
