Hi there.. I go to my first meeting on May 6th and start May 7th!! I can not wait.. Has anyone else done what i did and stuff their face with food on the last couple of weeks before starting it as I am reallyworried thatI have done this!
Hello My first meeting is Thursday (8th May) so I shall start on 9th. I too have been eating stupid stuff for the past week; but plan to cut out carbs from yesterday in an attempt to avoid withdrawal symptoms for my first week. Maybe it's not too late for you to do something similar??
