Hiya men,

i currently do slimming world and do give my husband the same dinners, but he struggles with luch and food in general, hes getting bigger than ever and he really wants to change but finds it so hard to diet, what do you eat everyday to keep a manly appetite satisfied?? he needs to lose 3 stone really x any tips would be greatfully recieved x also how many syns are men allowed in a day?? x;)

My H2B is kinda stickin to sw too, he has the same meals as me (but larger portions) however sumtimes it jus dont fill him enough so we have changed his around slightly, such as we are havin soup for tea and he will be havin bread with his, he does need to loose weight but not as much as me, so as long as he sticks to it roughly he is still loosin weight

When i used to do SW with my dad the consultant suggested that if he got hungry, rather than go over his syns, he could have an extra healthy b choice and not have to count it as syns. It's not strictly in the rules, but it meant he followed the plan and he always had really good loses.

The key to getting men to follow the plan is to convince them it's not a diet and focus on what they can eat, rather than what they can't. Steak and SW chips is always good to get them sucked into the plan, plus when the 'extra easy' plan is released it might make it easier for your husband to follow.
