done one the other night it was chicken and avacado gratin.

avocado (cubed )
350g cooked chicken
place both in oven proof dish

then mix together:
table spns low mayo
2-3 tea spns curry paste to taste
150g 0% fat yoghurt

add bread crumbs then throw it all in the oven for 20-25mins quite a tasy dish.
