Calorie counters?

    Hi :)
    Are there any calorie counters out there?
    Ive done this before and lost alot of weight, so im back at it :D
    Id love to lose 52lbs by christmas, dont know if its realistic but we shall see, whats everyone elses goal(s)? maybe we could set up a challange or start a food diary to share ideas?
    Good luck to everyone.
    Oh, i aim for 1000 calories a day (sometimes its more)

    Hello I am starting CC today so far so good, I am starting at 1000 too. Today I am under which is good for me on a satday night. I am sure u will shift the weight by Christmas as I have read alot on other peoples losses.xx

    Hi shanny :) today im over, but some days im under so im sure it evens itself out,..hopefully
    congrats on reaching your goal would love to be 140lbs hehe

    Aww thank you very much, it's hard to maintain im a daily weigher does my nut in at times.lol

    yeah it will even it's out during the week how much weight did u loose before?? x

    Hi rhi.b. Good luck with your weight loss journey - you've done it before, so you can do it again.
    I stick to 1000 cals a day, but I don't count any veggies (except potatoes) or milk in my coffee. So probably have around 1200. Seems to be working for me.

    I have gone off track for a bit, however I have about 1200 a day and this suits me :)

    Some days I'm over and some days I'm under but by the end of the week my calorie consumption seems to average out to 1300 a day... apart from last week... but I have the extra pound to show for it... doh!!! I also do between 2 and 3 exercise classes a week. Good luck xxx

    Hello and welcolme.

    I try to stick to 1000 calories on work days so I don't feel so guilty if I have a treat on a day off.

    I've got a stone left to loose for my wedding next year but unfortunently its the last little bit of weight that is really stubbon :cry:
