calorie counting and g i diet

    can you calorie count as well as being on the g i diet or do you have to do one or the other

    Yes you can calorie count to keep your food in check and portions. In fact anthony worrall thompsons gi book does just that. x

    Hi, i've been trying to decide between weight watchers, calorie counting & gi diet aswell, so i think i might give calorie counting and gi diet combined a try too :) i've found on weight watchers i'm obsessing about points on everything, calorie counting is easier to work out i think, if you decide to do this to could u let me know how it's going?

    So if Anthony Worrell Thompson follows this way of eating how come he is still overwieght?

    He was huge and pre diabetic. He has actually lost alot of weight compared to what he did look like. So it does work
