It's the weekend! Whoooo! Been out for tea tonight with the girls from work! Tried to be good-ish. Weigh in tomorrow though so we will see! Unsure on points today :)

Chicken (1) mayo (1) wrap (3) popcorn (1)

Dinner: unknown
Potato skins and lasagne

Snacks: 5 sp
milk (2) crisps (3)

Weeklies: Presuming they're all gone with dinner out last night, but will still be having my treat tonight as I never count/track treats on a Sat :)

Lost 1.5lbs at weigh in this morn, happy with that although 1/2 lbs make me really nervous - they look messy! So pleased I've got two days off work - no excitng plans - just lots of work already!!

2 seed sensations bread (5) cheese slice (1) ham (0)

Dinner - Chicken Sesame Noodles and Crackers - 14 sp

Thanks :) Was happy with that. 15.5 to go for my London target - that's 2.5 a week. I've lost just over 3 and a half stone :) Maybe a bit more depending on which scales I've been on, as the ones at work have me half a stone lighter than WW. I like those scales! How are you finding slimming world? xx

I need those scales in my life ;) You're doing AMAZING, I'm so proud of you!!! I'm loving SW, I've reignited my love for cooking and I'm definitely a better veggie on SW than I ever was on WW!!!! X
 
I often think of going back to it, as I really like the recipes and there's no weighing. However, think I like the idea of wraps, bagels and crumpets on WW :) You've done fab too :) Must admit your latest foods have looked amazing! xx

You should do WW No Count if you like the no measuring as you could still have the Crumpets/Wraps etc so best of both worlds! I've enjoyed every single meal on SW, I don't think I would of said that about WW. I think i could sustain SW long term whereas with WW I always looking at ways to stretch the plan lol x
