I think we get so wrapped up in dieting that we forget that 'normal' people just go out and enjoy themselves! What was the occasion for the meal out? X PS-All the times I've shopped at Aldi and I've not tried those crisps!!!! X
 
They're so nice! They're called be light - crinkle cut multipack of diff flavours :) We met up with two friends who left in the summer for a catch up, was lovely. Today is half term. I am beyond excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Done 3 hours of dancing with the kids today, surely that's earned me a big mac :D

I love the Aldi light crinkle cut crisps.. Ready salted were my favorite but over here they've swapped them for smokey bacon so I do t get them anymore.. Chickatees all the way now xx

I'm off to London on Monday so it's going to be a very off plan week!!

1.5 lbs off at weigh in this week, taking me into the 11s for the first time forever! Super happy. Just back from shopping, treat myself to a few bits :)

Back from London... Back to work blues have seriously set in!! Managed to be relatively on plan with breakfast and lunch (all pointed) but enjoued meals out on a night. No alcohol, cake or sweet treats, which took serious willpower! Earned 61 fit points as did around 9 miles walking every day in total... Chicken curry, rice and crackers tonight from the Chinese - back on plan tomorrow :) Scales show a 3lb gain, which I guess I can deal with although don't think it's totally deserved! Hope everyone's week has been good :) xx
 
Majorly ill today! Proof my body can no longer handle junk food - unless it's food poisoning or a bug! Passed out last night and threw up all over, no sleep at all and now I'm shivery and aching everywhere! Hope I'm better for going out tomorrow night! Anyway, very low SP day today.... On the plus side, 3lb gain has gone this afternoon :D Every cloud......
