Calories in a childs portions .....

Hi All,

I have a quick question i was wondering if someone could help me. i had a childs portion of Chips, and 1 small unbattered sausage tonight for dinner, from the chip shop. I was just wondering if anyone knows how many calories this is, or where I could find the information.

Dunno if it's the same but I usually get that small yellow foamy tray of chips. Thats usually around 200g. which according to MFP is 474cals. And a plain sausage is 330 it says. Hope that helps.

I had one small bag of chips, the size that when u go to a chip shop they usually rip them open and put the chips and the bag and then all around them. I just had the little bag and a small sausage that fit in a box that a happy meal would usually come in.
Im going to use that calories worth and draw a line under yesterday. I didnt eat anything when i got home so i dont feel to guilty but wanted to know i didnt go too overboard.
