I never use sugar, only sweetex sweeteners in coffee which are 0 calories, and on cereals and in natural yogurt I use tesco brand granulated sweetener..
I never count the calories for this, as I pretty much thought it'd be calorie free or close to nothing like the sweetex tablets, but after just reading the tub I'm shocked!! There's 380 calories per 100g, and it's a 75g tub so there's a whopping 285 calories in the tub!!!
I don't measure teaspoons or weight when I use it on cereal etc, I just shake it on and don't think twice about it so haven't got a clue how much I must get through and how many calories I've been having without knowing!!
