There is no set rule as to how much exercise you should do each day or week .As long as you account for your calories and exercise and you balance them out you should be lossing weight .
You will find that if you stick to doing 100 cals worth of exercise each day you will be able to slowly build up to 200 cals excetra i find 20 mins of exercise 3 times a week is good but on norty weeks i do 20mins every day but that can be x trainer bike walk swimming .I find it best to do different things or I get board and dont give enough effort to it xxx
