Calories?

Hi Everyone,

I'm doing slimming world at moment and plan on doing it for a few months yet. But VLCD probably is where I will end up ...

Just wondering how many calories S&S is a day? for the 3 MR?

S&S packs are approximately 140 cals per pack, not sure of the meals though, but all the information is on their website x

if youre only having 3 packs you need to have protein/veg with it. 3 isnt a TFR diet, but 4 can be taken with no food so still around 550kcals a day

meals are the same , they all vary slightly but I think 130 is a good rule of thumb
