Cambells chicken low fat soup

Sounds about right sorry, 1 syn per 20 calories, shop bought soups are usually pretty high and trust me they can be a lot higher that this :)

It is a handy calculation for when you don't have access to the books or the website. It works well for foods that don't have good stuff in them - for instance if you were looking at something which had chicken in it, that's a free food, so you would need the syns calculator online to work it out. But if a food has no free stuff - chocolate crisps sweets icecream Fats biscuits - then you can use the 1 syn per 20 calories as a rough guide.

Soups are something which SW doesn't count as having a free food allowance if they are commercially made, although I have to confess that i take a good look at the ingredients list and if it only has things I would put In a homemade soup, no oil or cream for instance, then I might just ignore that!
