Can someone tell me why you have 4 packs on LL and 3 on CD ? is there a difference in the amount ?

I think they reduced the gramms slightly on LL to allow for 4 packs - each pack used to weight 40g - I only know that as I used to halve mine when I did LL so I had 6 "meals", but I think now they are a tad over 30g.
Maybe a LL'er could clarify this ?

30 Grams a pack with LL , ok how many grams in CD ? trying to work out how much LL and CD are and add it up to see whats what , anyone know what CD is in grams a pack

i see it, its 40 grams in cd a pack so 120 in the 3 packs of CD
LL is 30 grames a pack 120 for 4 packs , so its the same
