cambridge diet counsellor for leeds ,west yorks

Hi Im new on here and have been reading the threads and think Im ready to give it a go can anyone recommend a nice counsellor in the Leeds area ??? Don't want anyone scary !

I don't know of anyone off hand but why don't you check out the 'how to find a cdc thread' as a lot of CDC's have posted their details on there. Hope that helps.

Ive only been doing Cambridge for 2 weeks and see a lovely girl in Headingley called Sally. I got her from the Cambridge web site, she's very friendly and not a bit scary ! LOL !

Thank you Marilyn I emailed Sally found her on the find a CDC and she's just rung I am seeing her on Thursday. Can't wait going to start the drinking challenge and cutting back on those carbs. Think I might start it Friday not going to wait for Monday like I've done with all the other diets! This time its going to be different this one WILL work !!!! (By the way she did seem very nice so thanks again !)
