The Cambridge Diet
There are highs and lows on this diet you'll find
During week one you'll be losing your mind
You feel sick so you glug some more water
You'd do anything for a bum a bit taughter!
First week weigh in comes around
And to your amazement you've lost 10 pound!
The motivation to continue soon kicks in
You find the courage to stay away from the bread bin!
Second Week you feel a lot stronger
but by mid week it's "I can't do this no longer" :cry:
You do really well and stay away from the chips,
But it was bound to happen the second week blip.
You have a bit of a binge and feel a guilty mess
Then come to the to mini mins forum to confess!
The support from your chums gets you back on track
So you get stuck into a tetra pack
Finally week two is over and done
Your trousers start hanging off of yer bum
you look in the mirror and say "is that me"
and then go on a shopping spree!
Then comes the start of week three
You've done really well and the end you can see.
Your excited and apprehensive about week 4
because on add a meal you can eat once more!
As the weight keeps dropping off
You lose the need to scoff and scoff
There is one thing I left to say
Keep it up CD's we'll be slim one day!!!
