I need an answer for my query as am unable to contact by CDC

Am doing 3 shakes a day but for the last 2 days I did 1 shake and had a 2 egg omelette with mushrooms peppers and onions but jus a little bit of the veg will this stop me going into ketosis? I do drink my 2l of water

Please let me know I this is acceptable although from tomorrow I will be back to my 3 shakes

what ever u eat u should make sure u have ur 3 shakes. i differ from ss and ss+ and usually have a mushroom ommlett but always have the shakes.

ps sorry if it sounds like im telling u off but thats what my CDC says x

onions and peppers are a no no :(. you can have all 3 shakes and an omelette. try a mushroom omelette with a bit of salad. this would be more of a ss+ option.
yep as the others say even if you eat you still need the 3 shakes , its very important as that omelette wont provide all the vits and minerals you body needs to function well in ketosis .. and even though you are having less calories you are much less likely to loose weight !!
and as they say onions are a no no too

Thank you all for your Responses. Have been in long meetings for the last 2 days so I will go back to my 3 shakes.

Just to embarrassing to keep going to the loo every hour

Back to the ss plan from tommorrow
